“ This is only spot I know of in town that has the essential DIM DUM items: har gow/crystal shrimp dumplings, shumai, veggie pot stickers, sesame rice balls, and steamed pork buns. They also have really good stir fried garlic bok choi and salt peppered shrimp that all goes perfectly together with a little carafe of ice cold peach SAKE. Service is good. Atmosphere is nice and relaxing. ”

Had tangerine chicken, salt and pepper pork, fried rice and started off our meal with a large Wor Won Ton soup to split three ways. Everybody was pleased with the food and the service. “ I love this Simi Valley restaurant. Located in a strip mall. I have been here for lunch, Dim Sum and dinner. Restaurant is clean, bright and decorated is minimalist. Great wait staff and wide variety of menu items. Prices are $$ however, worth it. I ordered the lunch menu item today, garlic green beans and crystal shrimp dumplings. The food portions are generous and delicious. Great spot families or groups and order family style by sharing dishes. ”
“ It is important to periodically leave your nest, if you wish to discover new dining pastures. I did just that for lunch and found a hidden gem in Simi Valley. Bao Su A, a Chinese Restaurant in a strip mall off Cochran, is an unpretentious dining spot with a good size menu containing both dim sum and other Chinese dishes. I opted for the lunch special of Kung Pao Fish Fillet, that came with an egg roll, fried rice (my choice over steamed) and egg drop soup (over sweet and sour). The fish entree was superbly prepared with satisfying flavors and textures. There were abundant meaty pieces of fish that were not breaded, and cooked optimally, just right, tender and succulent. The Kung Pao sauce harmoniously married all the ingredients that included onions, peppers and peanuts. The egg fried rice was simply done but oozed with a distinct flavor that imparted a wholesome satisfying taste and mouth feel. Service was excellent. What a wonderful find and an enjoyable dining experience. ”
